I am 5' 1" at 215lbs. XL is the best fit.
I bought 2xl from Shecurve directly and the straps wouldn't stay up. The darker colors hide your nipples (black). I bought a XL grey from Amazon, you can see the peaks pretty noticeable. But it fits much better. My husband loves this dress and can't keep his hands to himself.
The only down side I am not a huge fan of is the straps. In order to give you the drape in the back the straps are like draw strings on a trash bag. You pull down the fabric from your armpits and it causes the straps to fall and the neck line to get higher. As someone who doesn't like clothing to be in my armpits, it bothers me.
But outside of that I absolutely love this dress! Specially the black.
