I’m 5’5 & 160lbs and I ordered the M/L. Omg was putting this on a STRUGGLE, I nearly cried lol But after I got it on, it snatched me up! I was able to use it as a top, not sheer. I would say size up. I’m on a weight loss journey right now, which is why I’m keeping it.

It is hard to get on but oh baby once it's on you are snatched. I'm 245 lbs and ordered the 3x/4x which i ordered up and would recommend. I like that it's not hard to snap bc the crotch isn't too small like other bodysuits.

I ordered a xs-small and I'm 140lbs. The product was tiny and it did take a while to put it on, was a bit of a struggle. You may need someone to help you. I didn't go bigger because my body is shaped oddly and the mediums always sag at the crotch area and doesn't tuck as neatly. But wow when you get it to fit it's very flattering even for my back side. The price is just right. The snug helps keep your posture and well I can still breathe. So it will stretch to your body. You can tell in my pictures I'm top heavy and well the belly bulge didn't even allow my shirts to stay down and with this product it made me look well put together with no bulges and my shirt was able to come all the way down. I'm in love with this and will buy other colors.

Within just a couple of hours into the first wear, I unsnapped to use the bathroom and as I was pulling down to resnap, my finger went through the side hip area and created a runner like pantyhose. Material is super thin down the entire side from armpit to hip, on breast and butt cheek area. It's great on butt and breast area for varied body shapes, but bad on sides were you pull on and off, up and down from. This is definitely not an after surgery garment, but center stomach panel and back area were thicker quality and held in nicely.

It snatches in the belly, I’m Currently 200lbs and I like to use it mostly at home it’s nice and tight but breathable. It does look small when you get it but don’t be discouraged the material is stretchy.
